Nutrition for Special Needs

This book will guide you through the maze of potential health disasters drawing on almost thirty years of my experience with foods as well my nutrition training at university. Karen Stevenson who trained with me at university is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist. Nutrients from our food provide the building blocks for the growth, repair and replacement of all the cells in the body, including those in the brain. If we don’t take in the right nutrients, we can’t build healthy cells and without healthy cells we don’t have a healthy body or brain.
