Adult and children over 8 years intake: one heaped teaspoon 2 - 4 times a day with a meal.
Mix 1 teaspoon of lecithin powder with a small amount of water to form a paste. Then, fill the rest of the glass with water and stir well.
Lecithin can be used as a thickening agent and emulsifier; allow ten minutes or more for full thickness to take effect.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
